Tasting Notes:  Making wine is like standing before a blank canvas; the options are endless.  Since the Chardonnay grape is our starting point anyway, why alter with wood what nature has created so perfectly already?  We let the fruit dominate, and this lets the wine shine with citrusy apple notes and a firm finish.  Ideal with seafood, chicken, even pork and veal.
